  • Amy Torrez

    President & Executive Director

    Amy was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN and attended catholic schools from grade school to high school. She then went on to study marketing at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. During her time in Austin, she worked at a full-service Marriott property and gained tremendous experience in the service and hospitality industry. She continued her hospitality career at the then Marriott property in Fort Wayne and from there she went into the insurance industry first through life and health insurance then into a Claims Administrative position with an independent insurance brokerage company.

    As a professional and entrepreneur, Amy is dedicated to helping others bring their dreams to reality. Amy started a non-profit organization in Indiana where she grew up and one in California where he was stationed in the Marines and lived for a short time, to help families in similar situations by providing temporary housing and organizing services. This experience shaped her career and has also started Torrez Enterprises where she currently manages an independent film production and music production. Amy has also produced a podcast called Embracing Adversity. She is currently finishing her Masters of Science degree in Entertainment Business.

  • Veronica Larios

    Secretary of the Board

    Veronica Larios is the founder and CEO of Veronica Larios Co., an executive coaching firm, and VGL & Co., a business consulting company. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning corporate roles in insurance and finance, as well as entrepreneurship, she holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and a master's in psychology. Veronica is dedicated to empowering small business owners and entrepreneurs by integrating holistic wellbeing and fostering a thriving workplace culture. An advocate for community service, she actively supports various causes and is committed to making a positive impact in her community.

  • Annette Marchain

    Board Member

    With over two decades of experience, Annette is passionate about providing clients with excellent service and support. Her enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and professionalism have been very appreciated by her clients, as she has saved them time, money, and helped them through every aspect of the home selling process. Throughout her successful career with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Annette has the distinction of being a consistent top performing Realtor.

    Annette specializes in listing and selling homes in the greater Los Angeles area, including Pasadena, Glendale, and adjoining communities. She certainly knows the area, having been born in Pasadena and raised in South Pasadena. Annette strongly believes in giving back to the community and charities, and generously gives of her time and finances. A portion of her earnings on every transaction goes to the Berkshire Hathaway Charitable Organization which supports numerous local charities.

    Debbi Chiang is a results-driven marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in media strategy, planning, and execution. Proven expertise in strategic analysis, digital data reporting, and event management, with a strong passion for creativity and innovation.

    Debbi has a passion for ensuring individuals with illnesses or disabilities can travel with dignity.
